MINI 3

A Group Show by ART EXPLORE, New Delhi

Mini 3 by Art Explore brings together works that explore the possibilities of the small format. Each work in the exhibition remains under 12 inches. Within this reduced scale, every decision becomes more visible.

Surface, material, line, texture, and form carry greater presence. The viewer moves closer. Attention sharpens. The small format occupies an important space within contemporary art. It invites intimacy and concentration. It asks the artist to work with precision and clarity while opening space for experimentation and risk. The exhibition encourages artists to move beyond familiar approaches and engage with scale as an active part of the work itself. These works are not studies for something larger. Each piece exists as a complete and resolved experience within its own dimensions.

Mini 3 is an exhibition about sensitivity, focus, and the possibilities that emerge when scale is reduced.

I gained victory with the blessings of the eternal divine lord.

I am overwhelmed with the emotions I experienced and still experience as a result of this fair in Toronto. I am grateful to @josephrumi @rumigalleries and @torontooutdoorart for considering my work and blessing it with the Best of the Painting award for the 64th TOAF. This is super exciting and beyond my expectations.

A logo with the word "Rahaao" in stylized script, along with the words "Rahaao 2023" and the tagline "Pause And Reflect."
An artistic illustration of old Guru Amar Das with a long beard, seated with a large pink lotus flower and a smaller green leaf in front, and a gold halo around his head, with the text 'Rahaao 2024 Pause And Reflect' at the bottom.

"Rahaao" is a term deeply rooted in the tradition of Sikh culture. It translates to "pause and contemplate.” In the context of Sikh scripture, Sri Guru Granth Sahib, "Rahaao" marks a verse that encapsulates the central theme or essence of a Shabad (hymn),  It guides the faithful towards introspection and a more profound connection with the divine.

Rahaao 2024 is a unique gathering that celebrates the art of introspection, reflecting on Ravjot’s progress in style, details, changes in the process and ideas over the past two years. This exhibition will feature selected artworks of the artist that encourage contemplation, offering a serene space to pause and reflect.
